Made-to-Order Production

Every 110 Collections piece begins only after it has been ordered.

Each bag is handcrafted in Monrovia, Liberia, where skilled creatives carefully cut, sew, assemble, and finish every detail by hand. We intentionally reject the pace of fast fashion in favor of craftsmanship, patience, and purpose.

Because every piece is created specifically for you, production and international shipping typically require 2–3 months.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every bag is handcrafted specifically for the individual who ordered it, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the item, and a description of the issue so we can review your request.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or exchange the item when possible.

Product Variations

Every 110 Collections piece is individually handcrafted using reclaimed and thoughtfully sourced materials. Variations in texture, color, grain, stitching, and natural wear are part of what makes each bag unique and should not be considered defects.

No two pieces are exactly alike.

Care

To preserve the life of your piece, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, excessive heat, and harsh cleaning products. When not in use, store your bag in a cool, dry environment.
